What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address (or the identifier provided by Google or Apple), your training profile (goal, level, height, weight, age, equipment), your workouts, your meals, your measurements and, if you enable it, data from your watch or Health Connect (steps, heart rate, sleep, weight). Any progress photos you add are stored privately.

Why

This data is used solely to make the app work: calculating your plan, saving your progress and finding it again on all your devices. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Where it is stored

Your data is kept in Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage), encrypted in transit and at rest. It is linked to your account and accessible only by you.

Third-party services

Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage), Google Play or Apple (subscription payment), Open Food Facts (open food database, queried when you scan a barcode), Health Connect or Apple Health (only if you allow it).

Your rights

You can view, export and delete your data at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account erases all your data from our servers within 30 days. You can also request it on the "Delete my account" page.

Account security and payments

One account per email address. You can change your password or email address from the app; every account creation, password change or email change triggers an email notice (sent to both the old and the new address when you change your address). Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or the App Store: WILL FIT never receives or stores any payment method, and it is the store that notifies you of any payment or billing change.

Audience measurement

On the website and on WILL FIT Web, we use Google Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, approximate country and city, device, visit duration, traffic source). It only loads if you click “Accept” in the banner; if you decline, nothing is measured. IP addresses are anonymized, no data is ever sold, and the mobile app does not use Google Analytics. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Children

WILL FIT is intended for people aged 16 and over.
